OHALEP170 - Determine the seniority

This feature is used to determine the begin and end dates for the calculation of seniority for EPF. The value of this feature has two components. The first two digits are for the begin date and the last two are for the end date.

The first two digits can have either of the values:
00 - default hire date or
XX - the value of the date type in infotype 0041 which should be
taken as the joining date of the employee.

The last two digits can have either of the values:
00 - system date or
01 - end of pay period or
02 - begin of pay period or
03 - end of year or
04 - begin of year.

• When the last two digits are set to 03.

• When the last two digits are set to 04.

Note: Month difference is not considered.
