OHAPT_TI380 - Verify minimum rest period

In this step you verify the value that corresponds to the minimum number of hours of daily rest to which the employee is entitled between two days of work. The value was defined by Law no. 7/2009, February 12., article 214. The constant RESTT stores the value in hours.

If it is changed, the value can not exceed 24 hours.
