OHAQADV00006 - Assign Advance Pay to Absence

An absence is only included in an advance payment if it has been flagged as valid for advance payment. In this step, you define the absence types that are permitted for advance payment.

You must have configured your absence types in the Absences section of the Implementation Guide for Payroll Australia.

1. Enter the absence types that you want to include in advance payments.
2. In the Adv.P.Ind. field, choose Advance Payment.
