OHAQGCT0000201 - Maintain Print Format

In this step, you modify the format of the group certificate layout, if:

• The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has modified the layout of its standard group certificate form

• You want to modify a customer-specific form

The ATO has changed the contents of its standard group certificate form. You must now modify the contents of your SAPscript form to comply with the ATO's new requirements.

You must set up the group certificate and group certificate form.

The standard system contains model group certificate forms for preprinted ATO stationery and for plain paper printing.

Do not modify the forms or use substitute forms without written permission from the ATO.

To modify the group certificate forms, you:

1. Enter the form name, and select the subobject you want to change.
2. Choose Form -> Change, and enter the modifications required.
