In this IMG activity, maintain the Determine Date for Reading ITWV Infotype (0817) feature (QITWV) to set the date as per which the system reads the Income Tax Withholding Variation infotype (0817) record for tax variation processing.

The system reads the record that exists for that date. You can set the following parameters:

  • S - The system reads the record that exists for the Start Date of the payroll period.
  • E - The system reads the record that exists for the End Date of the payroll period.
  • P - The system reads the record that exists for the Pay Date of the payroll period.
