OHARAWS020 - Specify Personnel Actions Excluded for AW Limit Revise

In this Customizing activity, you specify the personnel actions that are not considered when the system revises the average wages limits of an employee during the payroll processing.

When an employee has a record of an action registered in this activity, the employee's AW limit will not be revised during the regular payroll run.

You first define an action category, and then register the personnel actions in the category by specifying the action names and the action reasons. The SAP standard action category for this purpose is Exemption of AW Limit Revise (AWRE).
