OHARMF010 - Process membership fees

The system enables you to define different processing options for deductions paid to specific unions or similar associations.

A company has an agreement with a national trade union that the company will deduct the monthly membership subscriptions and match the deduction accordingly with the employee's monthly basic salary level.

You should maintain the Membership Fees (0057) infotype to specify the membership type and deduction wage type. You can input the deduction amount in the infotype record OR create a payroll calculation rule (copying SAP's standard rule RCA0) to derive the deduction amount.

You need to run through the following steps before carrying on:

1. Copy the standard rule, RCA0, to the customer rule, ZCA0.
2. Modify the rule, ZCA0, to match your needs.
3. Modify the call of this rule within the sub-schema, RCA0.
4. Maintain the table view V_T5R1M.
