OHARSI021 - Check processing of CPF

This step maintains the personnel calculation rule RCF2, in that it puts ATW (Annual Total Wages) and AOW (Annual Ordinary Wages), from the previous year, into CAW (Cummulated Additional Wages).

Next, the schema RCPF is maintained. In this schema, the contributions to CPF payable by employee and employer are calculated.

1. Adapt the calculation rule, RCF2, where necessary.
2. Save your entries.
3. Adapt the schema, RCPF, where necessary.
4. Save your entries.

In the first step, CAW is required for computing the additional wages' contribution limit.
