OHARTX021 - Check forms for income tax statements

In this step you check the PDF layout sets (forms) used for the generation of the income tax statement forms IR8A, IR8S and IR21.
You need not usually make drastic alterations to these forms since the versions contained in the SAP standard delivery system have been designed to comply with the legal requirements. However, it may be necessary to adapt the forms according to the printers used in your company, so as to achieve a better layout.
If modifications are necessary, you must first copy the standard forms from client 000 into your customizing client.
The SAP standard delivery system contains the following PDF layout sets for the above mentioned tax forms:
- IR21: HR_SGTAXIR21_2014
- IR8A: HR_SGTAXIR8A_2014
- IR8S: HR_SGTAXIR8S_2014
- The four-digit number in the form layout names represents the current year.
- Enter the name of the form you want to edit.
- Select the menu path Form Object -> Test to perform a test print.
- Check whether the printout suits your requirements.
- If necessary, change the relevant settings of the form's layout or interface.
