OHARTX024 - Exclude Employees from Tax Reports

In this Customizing activity, you define which employees are to be excluded from the processing of the following tax reports:

• Singapore Income Tax IR8A (New Report) (RPCT8AR0_01)

• The Singapore Income Tax Form IR21 (New) (RPCT21R0_01)

• Singapore Income Tax IR8S (RPCT8SR0)

You use the Exclude Employees from Tax Report SG (25TEX) feature to do so.

Specify the return value as per the fields in the Field String for Feature - 25TEX (PMSGA) structure. For example, specify the return value by the status of the following fields:

• Employee's CPF contr. in respect of overseas posting (POSOV)

• Employee Income tax borne by employer indicator (TAX)

• Tax Exemption/Remission Indicator (EXMPT)

You can specify one of the following values:

• Empty
  
  The employee is included in the tax reports

• X
  
  The employee is excluded from the reports
