OHARUBP_PY_ABAVE_019 - Determine Wage Type Substitution for Bonuses

In this Customizing activity, you determine which wage types you want the system to use for processing bonuses in proportion to an employee’s working time. The personnel calculation rules that you specify in the Customizing activity Determine Cumulation Rules for Average Amounts use the substituted wage types when they calculate the proportion of an employee’s actual working time to the employee’s planned working time.

You have activated the NEWAV average calculation function in the Customizing activity Configure Average Calculation Functions.

The standard system contains wage type substitutions for the wage types that store monthly, annual, and quarterly bonuses.

For each of the wage types in which the system stores bonuses, specify the corresponding wage type that the system uses to store bonuses that the system adjusts in proportion to an employee’s actual working time.

1. In the first Wg Type (Wage Type) column, enter the wage type in which the system stores bonuses.
2. In the second Wg Type (Wage Type) column, enter the wage type in which the system stores adjusted bonuses.
