rdisp/max_wprun_time - Maximum work process run time ABAP Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
In this Customizing activity, you determine the percentage payment that an employee receives when he or she is absent.
You enter a percentage amount for a combination of the following data:
- Social insurance group
- Social insurance group modifier
- Absence type
- You have entered the social insurance groups and modifiers for your company, starting with the Customizing activity Determine Social Insurance Groups.
- You have entered absence types in the Customizing activity Determine Absence Types for Sickness.
In line with legal requirements, the system uses the percentage that you enter in this Customizing activity to determine the limit for an employee’s absence pay. For example, if an employee is entitled to 60% of his or her salary for a period of absence, the system multiplies the limit by 60%, too.
One of your employees, Anna Stepanova, has worked for less than five years and her child becomes ill. According to current legislation, Anna can stay at home to care for her sick child.
Anna is entitled to receive 60% of her regular pay for the first nine days of absence. From the tenth day on, Anna is entitled to 50% of her regular pay.
