In this IMG activity, you set up the link between fields on forms and the corresponding portrayal of the sickness certificates register in the system. For example, you combine more than one field to calculate the value of a field in the form.

  1. Check the attributes of the sickness certificates register, subapplication SCKL.
  2. Organize the content and structure of each form in sections.
This step usually involves reproducing the structure of the form. To identify the section, customize the key then the position in the form. Specify how the data in each section is stored in the temporary sequential file (TemSe) file.
  3. Assign individual fields to the corresponding sections. Specify the field to be inherited. To inherit field attributes and the field's data source, set the Inherit Attributes indicator.

You now specify how the fields in your forms are filled.

  1. To do this, choose Fields of the Form in the dialog structure and define all fields relevant for the form.
You can derive one field from two or several fields. For example, you can derive the net pay results from the fields for gross payroll and social contributions.
Note: You can define a field that calls a specific function module. To create your own function module, copy the standard function module HR_99S_DAQ_FIELD_EXAMPLE and adapt it as required.
  2. You now specify conditions for each form and set attributes for each condition.

To organize the content and structure of your form, you group the fields.

  1. To group fields, choose Field Groups of the Form in the dialog structure.
You can derive a field from two or more fields. To link together fields, specify the operation in the AS field.
