In this Customizing activity, you define an ID that the system uses to perform the following scenario:

  • Determine the reactions to certain content of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype, such as a regime breach, stationary treatment and spa treatment. These reactions influence the processing when creating a record in the Absences (2001) infotype after the creation of a record in the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype, within the FSS Action FSS Application for SI Payment.

In this scenario, the special operation ID is used in Customizing activity Define Absences Suggestions based on Data from Sickness Certificate, where it sets the absence types which happen when events such as a regime breach, stationary treatment or a spa treatment takes place.

In the standard delivery, the following special operation IDs are available:

  • 1 – Indicates that special mapping is required in case of a medical treatment regime breach
  • 2 – Indicates that special mapping is required in case of a stationary treatment
  • 3 – Indicates that special mapping is required in case of a spa treatment
  • 4 – Indicates that special mapping is required in case of an ambulatory treatment

The special operations that the system has to carry out for these IDs are defined in the following BAdI implementations:

You can activate or deactivate these implementations as required.

After you define a special operation ID in this Customizing activity, define the relevant mapping in Customizing activity Define Absences Suggestions based on Data from Sickness Certificate and assign this ID to this mapping as required.

In the implementation of the BAdI: Processing of IT2001 Based on Data from IT3330, you define the special functions that the system has to carry out when it processes this ID.
