OHARUBP_PY_FSSAPP_04 - Define Absence Subtype Mapping

In this Customizing activity, you determine which subtype of the Absences (2001) infotype the system has to create after a new record is created in a given subtype of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype during the processing of the FSS Application for SI Payments (UU) personnel action.

That is, when you create a record in a given subtype of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype, the system can automatically create a record in the mapped subtype of the Absences (2001) infotype, or, in case there are more mapping records defined for the same subtype of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype, it allows you to select the one that is required during processing.

After selecting the HCM localization and the subtype of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype that you want to map, you enter the relevant subtype of the Absences (2001) infotype in the A/A Type field and, if required, the special operation ID that you defined in the Define Special Operation ID for Mapping Subtypes Customizing activity as required.
