OHARUBP_PY_INTAX_008 - Determine Link Between Calc. & Payable Income Tax with Scale

In this Customizing activity, you determine the relationships between wage types as regards their processing characteristics relating to income tax and with correspondence to scale.

First, you define the wage type responsible for scaled Calculated Income Tax and the wage type responsible for Payable Income Tax. Then, in Customizing activity Maintain Taxes and Social Insurance Payments specify the wage type (Calculated Income Tax wage type) for the calculation process in the Wage Type According to Scale field. Finally, in this Customizing activity, you link that wage type to the wage type responsible for Payable Income Tax.

Proceed as follows to create a new link between the two wage types:

1. Choose New entries.
2. Select indicator T0 for the wage type assignment.
3. Enter the wage types to be linked, for calculated income tax and payable income pax.
4. Enter the validity period.
5. Save your entries.
