In this Customizing activity, model tax refund wages for Employee application (in infotype 0015) should be defined for all refund wages specified in activity Determine Link Between Tax Deduction Wage Type and Refund.
The standard system has distinct model wages for all tax refunds. They are distinguished by tax rates.
