In this Customizing activity, you check that the process model, SAPRUOCL, for calculating absences in your company, meets the requirements of the Social Insurance Fund (FSS). If required, you can, for example, adjust the selection program that the process model uses to meet any specific requirements.

The process model uses a selection program, HRU_SELECT_PERNR_FSS_APPL, to select employees who have absences for which you need to send an application to FSS (Infotype 3273).

The process model enables you to perform an off-cycle payroll activity to calculate the average rate and amount for the absences for filling applications to FSS.
