OHARUBP_PY_REGNO_003 - Set Up Wage Types for Northern and Regional Payments

In this IMG activity, you set up the wage types that the system uses to calculate additional payments for additional payments specific to certain regions and northern regions. The IMG activity comprises the following steps:

• Check the processing classes assigned to the base wage types that the system uses to calculate northern and regional payments

• Determine links between different wage types
  You link wage types by assigning a valuation basis to a wage type and entering the derived wage type that you want to use instead of the base wage type.

• Define how the system processes the derived wage types that contain northern and regional payments

The standard system contains model wage types to which processing methods are already assigned. You can use this data as a basis for setting up your own wage types.
