In this IMG activity, you configure the appearance of the output forms T-60 and T-61.
You can also configure which organizational data the system includes in these forms.

  • Column headings
You can determine what text appears in the heading of columns in forms T-60 and T-61. To specify your required header texts, you enter program HRULT60 or HRULT61 and enter the required text as a parameter value for the corresponding column number. The columns are represented by the parameters NAM09, NAM13, and NAM17 through NAM21.
  • Long texts on form T-60
To display long texts for absence and quota types on the output form T-60, enter program HRULT60 and any parameter value for parameter AB_LTEXT.
Note: The report enters the absence and quota texts (short and long texts) on the output form in the log-on language.
  • Processing employees without payroll results in forms T-60 and T-61
If you want the reports for forms T-60 and T-61 to process employees who do not have any payroll results in the reporting period, you can set up the system to print the master data (first page) of the forms; the tables and fields that contain payroll data (second page), however, are empty. To process employees who have no payroll results in the reporting period, you enter program HRULT60 or HRULT61 and any parameter value for parameter NO_PAYROLL.
If you do not use the parameter, the reports reject employees who do not have any payroll results in the reporting period.
  • Link between T-60/T-61 and the Personnel Orders infotype
You can change the number of the subtype in the Personnel Orders infotype (0298) that the system uses to store the order date and number of the personnel orders on which the forms T-60 and T-61 are based. To do this, you enter program RUADM and use parameter G_IT0298_PN_SUBTYPE.

To display long texts for absence and quota types on form T-60, you have entered the required long texts in the IMG activity Enter Long Texts for Absence and Quota Types.
