In this Customizing activity, you determine which tax schema the system reads for an employee based on his or her status. The tax schema that the system uses depends on the following statuses:
- Social insurance residence
For more information, see social insurance resident.
- Tax residence
This status determines whether an employee is regarded as an income tax resident in Russia.
- Disability
If an employee is registered disabled, you make different social insurance contributions.
You have checked the residence statuses in Customizing for Personnel Management under Personnel Administration -> Personal Data -> Residence Status -> Residence Status (Russia) -> Determine Subtypes for Russia.
The standard system contains entries for the following statuses:
Employee Status | Technical Key |
---|---|
Disabled employee | INV |
Not a social insurance resident, but a tax resident | NONRU |
Neither a social insurance resident, nor a tax resident | FOREG |
Not a tax resident, but a social insurance resident | FORRU |
Highly qualified specialist and not a social insurance resident | HP-SI |
Highly qualified specialist and a social insurance resident | HP+SI |
