In this Customizing activity, you set the system parameters that are used for the Save operation class (CL_HRPADRU_OP_LN_ACTIONS) for the sickness certificate. You set the following parameters to define the action type and action reason:

  • MASSN_NO_FSSDP - Action Type for non-FSSDP Action
  • MASSG_NO_FSSDP - Action Reason for non-FSSDP Action
  • MASSN_FSSDP - Action Type for FSSDP Action
  • MASSG_FSSDP - Action Reason for FSSDP Action

If the parameters are empty, the default logic is used.

Different logic is used for FSS direct payment (FSSDP) and non-FSSDP.

You activate FSSDP in Customizing activity Activate FSS Direct Payment Functions. This activates the functions and reports that you use for processing direct social insurance payments that employees receive from the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS).

As prescribed by law, employees can receive social insurance payments directly from the FSS. In this case, the employer does not pay social insurance payments to the employee, but only submits applications to the FSS on behalf of the employee. The FSS then pays the social insurance payments directly to the employee.

The default logic is as follows:

  • For non-FSSDP: Action type is UU, action reason is ES.
  • For FSSDP: Action type is UU. Action reason is defined in the following steps:
  1. The value of the subtype of infotype 3273 is selected from Customizing activity Define Mapping of Incapacity Reasons to IT3273 Subtypes for action reason ES and incapacity reason Sickness Certificate.
  2. The value of the infogroup modifier is selected from Customizing activity Define Infogroups in step Info group, in the entry for user group 33 and the subtype of infotype 3273 as determined in the step a. The action reason equates to the value of found in the infogroup modifier.
