OHARUBP_SI_FSSDP_01 - Activate FSS Direct Payment Functions

In this Customizing activity, you activate the functions and reports that you use for processing direct social insurance payments that employees receive from the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS).

As prescribed by law, employees can receive social insurance payments directly from the FSS. In this case, the employer does not pay social insurance payments to the employee, but only submits applications to the FSS on behalf of the employee. The FSS then pays the social insurance payments directly to the employee.

The functions and reports that you activate in this Customizing activity support all the processes required for these direct payments.

To activate the functions and reports, set the value of the FSSDP configuration option to 1 (On).

This activates the following:

• Master data

• Absences (2001) infotype: input help for selecting the sickness certificate number from the records of the Sickness Certificate (3330) infotype

• Statement:Rules for SI Payments-RU (3273) infotype: subtypes for application for social insurance payments

• Processing of personnel action FSS Application for SI Payments(UU)

• Payroll

• Calculation of social insurance payments for applications to the FSS

• Reports under the following location on the SAP Easy Access screen:

• Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Russia -> Information System -> Reporting -> Payroll -> Social Insurance -> FSS Direct Payments

• Human Resources -> Payroll -> Europe -> Russia -> Subsequent Activities -> Period -Independent -> Reports -> FSS Direct Payments
