OHARUFSS_REP_001 - Define Relation Types for FSS Reporting

In this Customizing activity, you define the codes and the relevant descriptions that you use for the classification of relationships between the employee who takes leave to take care of a person and the person whom the employee takes care of.
These codes are proposed by the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS) and you use them for reporting to the FSS.
In the standard system, the following pre-delivered settings are available for the family characteristic A:
- 38 Mother
- 39 Father
- 40 Guardian
- 41 Trustee
- 42 Other caring relative
You can use and adjust the pre-delivered codes or create new ones as required. Note that for Russia, you must use the family characteristic A for reporting to the FSS.
