OHARUMDPA_INDV_N004 - Indirect Valuation Rule for Bonuses
TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency PERFORM Short ReferenceThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
You can use a special indirect valuation rule, 33BON, with the following modifiers (module variants) to determine how the system calculates payments using indirect valuation.
The variants of 33BON are as follows:
- P - Premium (based on the Recurring Payments/Deductions infotype (0014). See the Customizing activity Define Valuation of Base Wage Types.
Note: To comply with current legislation, to calculate regional and seniority bonuses, you must use the bonus model N or M (see below) instead of using the variants R and S.
- R - Regional bonus. See Determine Percentage of Regional Bonuses.
- S - Seniority bonus. See Define Base Wage Type Valuation for Seniority and Determine Percentage Bonus According to Seniority.
- B - Valuation only at the start date for infotype 0014 (Recurring Payments/Deductions). Works the same as variant P, but evaluates base wage types at the start date for infotype 0014.
- C - Works the same as variant B, but when the Number field is filled
in, indirect valuation does not overwrite this value. You can enter the value in Number manually.
You can determine how the system groups the bonus models N and M in the Customizing activity Determine Bonus Model According to Organizational Assignment.
- N - Bonus model. The system uses the organizational group to which an employee is assigned by means of the Organizational Management objects in infotype 1000.
You can also create additional objects in infotype 1000 and use a parameter in the Customizing activity Determine Special Parameters to define values for the fields OTYPE, RELAT, and RSIGN in Organizational Management.
- M - Bonus model. The system uses the organizational group to which an employee is assigned by means of the Organizational Management objects in the General Attribute Maintenance infotype (1222).
- You set up the General Attribute Maintenance Infotype to allow the subactivity Define Models in the Customizing activity
Define Bonus Models. You then allow the BMcode
field, by defining a new scenario called RUBON and define an attribute called RUBONMODEL.
In infotype 1222, you select the attribute and corresponding values that you define in the Customizing activity General Attribute Maintenance Infotype.
- You can use a parameter in the Customizing activity Determine Special Parameters to define values for the above scenario and attribute.
