OHARUMDPA_INDV_N008 - Determine Percentage of Regional Bonuses

In this IMG activity, you enter the percentages that you want to apply to employees in a certain region.

The system uses the data in this IMG activity with the variant R (regional bonus) in the indirect valuation model, 33BON.

Note: Since this assignment takes place at regional level, any rates that you enter are not based on the employee's organizational assignment and personal data.

Basically, the rates apply to all employees assigned to the personnel area assigned to this region. You can customize personnel areas and create subareas using the Regional Coefficients Selection (33REK) feature.
