In this IMG activity, you determine the possible social insurance group modifiers.

You use a social insurance group modifier together with a social insurance group to determine the percentage pay that employees receive when they are unable to work. Unlike the social insurance group, the social insurance group modifier is not linked to the number of years for which someone has worked, that is, their seniority.

Check that the data entered in this IMG activity is complete and meets your requirements.

If required, you can also add your own social group modifiers.

Single mothers are entitled to a higher percentage of their regular payment when they are unable to work than other employees who have the same seniority. You determine a social insurance group modifier to allow the system to grant this group of employees a different percentage payment during the payroll run.
