In this Customizing activity, you assign the tax privilege class for tax reliefs for which employees qualify to the wage type codes that correspond to the official codes for tax relief.
For example, employees are granted tax relief for real estate purchases.
Income Tax reporting uses the data in this Customizing activity to enter the official codes and the amounts of tax relief on the output form.
You have checked the wage type codes for tax relief in the Customizing activity Assign Wage Types to Wage Type Codes.
One of your employees is granted tax relief on the purchase price of a new apartment.
Enter the data as follows:
