In this Customizing activity, you find information about the data acquisition (DAQ) subapplication PAY2. The Confirmation of Earnings (HRULPAY2) report uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.

In the standard system, the subapplication comprises the following sections:

• ER00 - Employer Data
  Contains employer data, such as name and INN, and general data, such as document date and number, position, and name of manager and chief accountant.

• ER00 - Employee Data
  Contains employee data such as name, passport number, number of social insurance certificate, address, and income.

The report contains a period when an employee receives a benefit for childcare leave for a child under 1.5 years old. The value stored in the IPTCC field indicates if the system should include these periods in the report or not.

To set up text for such period, you should indicate absence type in the Set Up Absence Type for Benefit for Child under 1.5 Years Old Customizing activity.

The texts themselves are customized in the Enter Long Texts for Absence and Quota Types Customizing activity.
