In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication APXL. The XML Register for FSS Applications report, HRULFXML, uses the subapplication to create an XML file and to fill the form in the ALV list. This subapplication defines the structure of the XML file according to the requirements of the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS).

Note: Besides this subapplication, there is a separate XSLT transformation used to create the final XML output using the data provided by this subapplication. This XSLT transformation is defined in the RU Attributes of Form section of the Define Fields and Conditions in Forms Customizing activity.

In the Fields of the Form section for the APXL form, you can also customize which field from the Legal Properties (1655) infotype record you want to use to get data for the people responsible for filling in the report. You can adjust data for these people using the Additional Form Adjustment pushbutton available on the Additional Form Settingstab page of the report selection screen.

The subapplication APXL and forms inherited from APX* comprise the following main sections:

  • HEAD - This part of the form contains the header data of the XML document.
  • FSKY - This part of the form contains the organizational key of the form.
By default, this section contains the FSS registration number of the head unit or detached subdivision. In the Define Grouping Type for Report Output, you can change the grouping type for this report and all reports that inherit this section.
  • ROWI- This part of the form contains the FSS application data and all its attributes in the included sections.
The field for radiation impact code (CDNUC) uses the Radiation Impact Codes for FSS (33RID) feature to determine the radiation impact type based on data about the contact's social insurance group.
  • PERI- This part of the form contains the periods of downtime during various kind of absences.
  • EXPE - This part of the form (starting from subapplication APX3) contains the fields related to the excluding periods, for example, the following types:

    1- Absences without payment
    2 - Administrative
    3 - Learning
    4 - Other excluding absences

You can change the settings for these period types in Customizing activity Define Classification for Excluding Period Types.
