In this Customizing activity, you set up the definition of excluding period types for the report XML Register for FSS Applications (HRULFXML).
Check Assignment of Excluding Period Types
In this step, you check and adapt the settings for the assignment of excluding period types, according to the legal types for report XML Register for FSS Applications (HRULFXML).
- NOPAY - Type 1, for absences without payment
- ADMI - Type 2, for administrative absences
- LEARN - Type 3, for learning absences
- OTHER - Type 4, for other excluding absences
You specify excluding period type assignments in the Customizing activity Define Classifications.
Define Excluding Events
In this step, you define the excluding events which are considered as an excluding period in XML Register for FSS Applications (HRULFXML) via the Absence Classification ( 33ABC) feature.
The feature classifies such periods based on input data from the Absences (2001) infotype.
The returned value corresponds to the values (NOPAY, ADMI, LEARN, OTHER…) as specified in the Check Assignment of Excluding Period Types step.
Refer to the system documentation of Absence Classification ( 33ABC) feature for exact instructions on how to set up absences for different events.
