In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication AFNL. The Application for Reimbursement of Funeral Costs report, HRULFNLC, uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.

Note: The structure of the DAQ subapplication is defined in the RU Attributes of Form section of the Define Fields and Conditions in Forms Customizing activity.

In the Fields of the Form section for the AFNL form, you can also customize which field from the Legal Properties (1655) infotype record you want to use to get data for the people responsible for filling in the report. You can adjust data for these people using the Additional Form Adjustment pushbutton available on the Additional Form Settings tab page of the report selection screen.

The subapplication AFNL comprises the following sections:

  • ORGS - This part of the form contains the parameters of the company and the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS). It contains all fields of the form except a table, which is included in the section APPL.
The form is filled by several function modules. Most of these function modules are common for the reports that you use for applications for direct payments from the FSS and two function modules are specific to this report.
  • APPL - This part of the form contains a resizable table. The number of rows in the table is equal to the number of applications. The table comprises the names of applicant, the applicant's status (1 for minors, 2 for adults for authorized person) and the amount of paid social insurance.

Also, the DAQ subapplication AFNL allows you to establish an age of majority, from which a person is considered an adult. The default value for the age of majority is 18 years.
