In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication AP4D. The Application for Reimbursement of Additional Vacation Costs report, HRULAPL4, uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.

Note: The structure of the DAQ subapplication is defined in the RU Attributes of Form section of the Define Fields and Conditions in Forms Customizing activity.

In the Fields of the Form section for the AP4D form, you can also customize which field from the Legal Properties (1655) infotype record you want to use to get data for the people responsible for filling in the report. You can adjust data for these people using the Additional Form Adjustment pushbutton available on the Additional Form Settings tab page of the report selection screen.

The subapplication AP4D comprises the following sections:

  • APKY - Application Key. This technical section contains key fields of the application. The APKY technical section is a predecessor of the APPL section. The technical section APKY is inherited from the form APXL (Application to FSS: XML).
  • APPL - This part of the form contains a resizable table. The number of rows in the table is equal to the number of applications. The table comprises the names of applicant, the applicant's family member status (1 for mother, 2 for father, 3 for guardian, and 4 for trustee) and the amount of average daily income (rate) fields.
  • FSKY - This part of the form contains the organizational key of the form.
By default, this section contains the FSS registration number of the head unit or detached subdivision. In the Define Grouping Type for Report Output Customizing activity, you can change the grouping type for this report and all reports that inherit this section. The technical section FSKY is inherited from form APXL (Application to FSS: XML).
  • ORGS - This part of the form contains the parameters of the company and the Russian Social Insurance Fund (FSS). It contains all fields of the form except a table, which is included in the section APPL.
  • TTLS- This part of the form contains amount fields with total values of the social insurance payments for additional vacation paid for the employees whose data is collected in the table of applications. This section also contains the number of lists printed.

The form is filled by several function modules. Most of these function modules are common for the reports that you use for applications for direct payments from the FSS. There is one application-specific function module, HR_RU_DAQ_AP4D_RELATIVE, which returns the relationship status of the employee with the person whom the employee takes care of:

  • 1 - Mother
  • 2 - Father
  • 3 - Guardian
  • 4 - Trustee
