In this Customizing activity, you can find information about the DAQ subapplication APSI. The Employee Application for SI Payments report, HRULAPSI, uses the subapplication to fill the fields in the form.

Note: The structure of the DAQ subapplication is defined in the RU Attributes of Form section of the Define Fields and Conditions in Forms Customizing activity.

In the Fields of the Form section for the APSI form, you can also customize which field from the Legal Properties (1655) infotype record you want to use to get data for the people responsible for filling in the report. You can adjust data for these people using the Additional Form Adjustment pushbutton available on the Additional Form Settings tab page of the report selection screen.

The subapplication APSI comprises the following sections:

  • APPL - This part of the form contains key parameters of the application.
  • ADR1 - This part of the form contains the address used for postal transfer.
  • ADR2 - This part of the form contains the address of registration.
  • ANDC - This part of the form contains the parameters of another ID document.
  • APLI- This part of the form contains the following data:
  • Payments to the employee

  • Childcare, unpaid absences and downtime data

  • Insurer and representative data

  • Document signature date

  • Contract type

  • Change of base years

  • Half-time coefficient

  • Checkboxes indicating recalculation reasons

  • Work incapacity data for different payment types

  • Gender

  • BANK - This part of the form contains bank details.
  • CDBR - This part of the form contains data for SI payment application for childbirth.
  • CHCR - This part of the form contains data for SI payment application for monthly childcare allowance.
  • CHLD - This part of the form contains additional data to section CHCR in case of termination of right to receive monthly childcare allowance.
  • CHFL - This part of the form contains following data about the child:
  • Birth date

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Middle name

  • Insurance certificate number (SNILS)

  • CNDC - This part of the form contains technical conditions for documents.
  • EMPN - This part of the form contains the employee's name.
  • EMPR - This part of the form contains employer data.
  • ERPR - This part of the form contains data for SI payment application for early pregnancy.
  • LFWC - This part of the form contains the parameters of life and work conditions.
  • PASP - This part of the form contains passport data.
  • RESP - This part of the form contains residence permit data.
  • SICK - This part of the form contains data for SI payment application for sickness.
  • SKPB - This part of the form contains data for SI payment application for pregnancy and birth.
  • STR - This part of the form contains data for reference calculation of vacation for SPA treatment allowance.
  • TTBL - This part of the form contains additional data to section STR where monthly data for last year is stored that is required for calculation of vacation for SPA treatment allowance.
  • TMPD - This part of the form contains the parameters of a temporary ID document.
  • TMRP - This part of the form contains the parameters of temporary residence permit.
