In this Customizing activity, you set up reporting areas for income tax reporting.

You define the set of reporting areas that represent the parts of your organization that must submit income tax reporting for its employees.

You can group detached subdivisions of your organization under a single reporting area using subordinate units of a reporting area.

To simplify customizing, you can also use Income Tax Card (report type CITAX) as a reference report for the remainder of income tax reporting.
