The Business Add-In (BAdI) Define Numbers for NDFL Documents (HRPAYRU_B_RMS_NDFL_NUMBER) defines numbers for Form 2-NDFL documents.

The interface IF_HRPAYRU_NDFL_NUMBER defines the following methods:

• GET_NUMBER – Defines the initial number for Form 2-NDFL. This number is requested once per reporting period for each employee and then used until the end of the reporting period.

• GET_EE_CORR_NUMBER – Used to redefine correction number assignment for the employee.

The SAP standard implementation of this BAdI assigns one of the numbers of employee personnel assignments as the number and keeps this number for all forms for all tax agents. These numbers are stored in the application table HRPAYRU_D_DRMSNR. The number of a correction for each correction form is assigned sequentially for each new form that is submitted.
