In this Customizing activity, you specify the organization which is responsible for the preparation and presentation of tax reports (primary) and organizations for which reports are provided for a specific period (nominated), to be submitted by the primary organization.

Restrictions

• In any given period, an organization can be either primary or nominated, but not both.

• The primary and nominated organizations must have matching values for the parameters INN and OKTMO respectively.

There are two subdivisions A and B. For the first year, subdivision A submits reports for both subdivisions, in which case A is the primary tax agent and B is the nominated tax agent. The next year, this can be changed so that B becomes primary and A becomes nominated.
