OHARU_PS004 - Determine Special Parameters for T-2 GS Form

In this Customizing activity, you enter parameters that influence the data that appears in the T-2 GS form, the employee's personal card in the public sector area.

You have activated the HCM, Public Sector Russia (HCM_LOC_CI_80) business function in the Activate Business Functions Customizing actvity.

You can enter the following parameters for the HRULT2_GS program:

• T2GS_RLONG

You use this parameter to specify a process that allows the system to include public service seniority bonus into the process of seniority calculation.

• T2GS_RPENS

You use this parameter to specify a process that allows the system to include additional payments upon retirement into the process of seniority calculation.
