OHARU_PS009 - Set Form Variants for T-2 (GS) Form

In this Customizing activity, you set variants for T-2 (GS) forms. You create new form variants and connect them with the T-2 (GS) PDF form.

You specify the form variant that can be used to show the T-2 (GS) form. Currently, SAP provides only one PDF form, HR_RU_PS_T2GS. However, you can create and use your own PDF forms.

Important: When you create a new form variant for a PDF form, you must specify logical form name HRULT2_GS.
