OHARU_PS017 - Set Up Calculation of Monthly Financial Promotion

In this Customizing activity, you learn what settings you make when you want your employee to receive a public service monthly financial promotion. The amount of this payment varies depending on the employee's position. The amount of the monthly financial promotion is defined by Russian legislation as a number of salaries paid monthly.
The standard system contains the following customizing data, which you can use as a template for creating your own bonus calculation process:

Perform the following steps to pay employees the public service monthly financial promotion based on the employees' position:
Check Entry Permissibility for Additional Payment
Specify a wage type that the system uses in the master data and payroll to process the pecuniary amounts that are relevant for the public service monthly financial promotion. Use the standard MPS4 wage type, or the transaction PU30 to copy this wage type or create your own.
You can specify in which infotype you want to use the payment. For the public service monthly financial promotion the following infotypes are relevant:
- Recurring Payments/Deductions (0014)
- Additional Payments (0015)
Check Wage Type Characteristics
Specify output and processing characteristics for the monthly financial promotion that you have defined in the previous step. The standard settings are the following:

Define Valuation of Base Wage Types
Link the base wage types (for example, a wage type for a monthly salary) and wage types that are indirectly evaluated on their basis. The standard settings for public service monthly financial promotion are the following:

Go to the Determine Scale Definitions Customizing activity of this step. Enter various scales to group different calculation methods for the bonus model that you want to use. In the standard system, all function modules and calculation processes are left blank as it is assumed that the number of salaries granted for monthly financial promotion is explicitly entered in the infotype. In the standard system, indirect evaluation module 33BON variant C is used instead of PRZN to ensure that when basic pay is changed, the additional payment amount is not changed without changing the Additional Payments or Recurring Payments infotypes.
