OHARU_RES005 - Specify Wage Types for Reserves Processing

In this Customizing activity, you establish a dependency between the following wage types:

• Wage type that contains the amounts for bonus, vacation, or other payments

• Wage type that contains cumulated reserves

• Wage type that the system uses when you process payments from the cumulated reserves

• Wage type that contains the amount due from the previous payments that the system has processed from the cumulated reserves

The system uses this wage type differently depending on whether theWT for Res in FutExp field contains any value. The following table shows the dependency:

WT for Res in FutExp	System Actions
Contains a value	The system uses the wage type in question as a base for generating wage types for future prepaid expenses calculation
Blank	The system uses the wage type in question for paying the due amount from the expenses account

• Wage type that contains the amount that the system deducts from the future prepaid expenses

The RURET function analyzes the values that you enter in this Customizing activity at the final stage of the reserve processing.

• Wage type that the system uses for correcting the reserve amount in the FI system
