In this IMG activity, you enter the official document codes for the documents whose data you store as subtypes in the Documents and Certificates infotype (0290).

Reports that contain references to documents that you store in the subtypes use the codes in this IMG activity to enter data about the documents on the output forms.

1. Create a record for each subtype that contains data in the Documents and Certificates infotype (0290).
2. Enter the official code and text for each subtype.
