In this step, you check the processing of averages for the technical wage types as well as for your user wage types.

To accomplish this you define what percentages of the rate, number and amount fields of a wage type are to be included in the individual average wage types.

In order to be able to enter the number and amount for a wage type differently in two average wage types, you should enter the the whole amount and the whole number for the first average wage type. For the second, however, only half the number should be entered. To achieve this you must select the first two fields in line Number and the first field in line Amount. Then, for Percentage, enter 100,00 in the first field and 50,00 in the second. For the first average wage type, select the first field and for the second average wage type, select the second field.

To check and, if necessary, to change the coding for these wage types, proceed as follows:

  1. Select a wage type and choose Detail.
  2. Check whether the entries meet your requirements. If you want to make changes, proceed as follows:
    1. Enter a validity period.
    2. Depending on your requirements, select the fields Rate, Number and Amount.
    3. Enter what percentage of these fields' values should be entered in the average wage types chosen.
    4. Select the average wage types in which the specified values are to be included.
    5. Save your entries.
