OHASEPS_AB005 - Define Absences To Use Basic Pay

In this IMG activity, you indicate whether a combination of absence types and absence valuation rules influence the payroll calculation when it is not possible to define how particular absences influence the payroll run only by absence type or by absence valuation rules because both types of information are relevant.

By indicating that an absence type in combination with an absence valuation rule influences payroll, payroll does not base the payroll calculation on the achieved income for the PA16 department 2 pension agreement (/132), but uses the basic pay amount (/CSP).

The standard system provides default values that you can modify to meet your organization's requirements.

1. Determine which combinations of absence type and valuation rule influence payroll calculation.
2. Check the default settings and modify them if required.
3. Save your changes.
