OHASEPS_AB011 - Activate Country/Region Exits for Public Sector

In this IMG activity, you activate public sector processing in the following country/region exits:

• HR_QTACC_ACCRUAL_PERIOD_23_CE Sweden vacation exit

The enhancement identifies a change of employment status (P0000-STAT2) from value 3 to value 1 (used when an employee is temporarily made inactive) as a termination.

• HR_QTACC_NUMBER_REDUCE_23_CE Recalculation of accrued vacation

The enhancement calculates the proportional part of the base entitlement for quota 30 (salaried employees covered by the AB agreement or ALFA) for the whole accrual year.

For hourly paid employees (covered by the AB agreement or ALFA), the enhancement evaluates whether a particular day is eligible for quota accrual with regard to the Sweden-specific rules for eligibility.

• HR_QTACC_QUOTAS_TRANSFER_23_CE Recalculation of transferred vacation days

• HR_QTACC_TRANSFER_RULE_23_CE Calculate transfer date based on configuration tables

The enhancement implements the Sweden-specific transfer rules SE1 and SE2 used to achieve a transfer when a contract is terminated.

This setting is valid for the whole client:

You use public sector functionality in the selected client.

You do not use the functionality for the standard country version in the selected client.

In the standard system, the public sector processing is not activated.

Create a new record in the table T511K with following data:
