In this IMG activity, you define how absences are split based on the quota used in the function RAB.

In the public sector, this splitting technique is used mainly for the following absences:

  • Vacations (valuation rule KLBEW = 30)
  • Overtime (valuation rule KLBEW = 23)
  1. Determine for which absences the valuation rule (KLBEW) needs to change depending on the quota used.
  2. Enter the relationship between the original valuation rule, the quota used, and the new valuation rule.
