OHASEPS_AB018 - Delete Wage Types Not Relevant for Part of School Year

In this IMG activity, you delete wage types that are not relevant for the professional groups Teachersand Employees working at school at certain times during the payroll period.

In accordance with the AB agreement, certain types of absences, typically sickness, are processed differently for Teachersand Employees working at school depending on the time of year (school year or summer holiday period).

Function PAB (driven by the Absence Valuation table (T554C)) generates absence wage types for both the school year and the summer holiday period. Wage types that are not relevant for the current period of the year (WPBP split) have to be deleted.

In the standard system, template absence wage types are set up for the AB agreement (General, Teachers, Employees working at school) .

Adjust the values of processing class 62 to classify absence wage types that are valid for:

• Space: no check, wage type continues

• 0 - Sickness during school year

• 1 - Sickness during Summer holidays - up to 45 days

• 2 - Sickness during Summer holiday - after 45 days
