OHASEPS_AB022 - Define Settings for Full-Month Absences

In this IMG activitiy, you control the algorithm that ensures that the summary of absence deductions matches the value of the basic pay if unpaid absences cover a whole month.

The agorithm is executed after factoring of the basic pay wage types is finished so that a reliable comparison of the summary and the basic is possible.

To display the settings, run the Absence-Related Customizing for HCM SE Public Sector report. To access the report, in Customizing for Payroll, choose Payroll: Sweden -> Public Sector -> Payroll ->Absences -> Check Absence Customizing or run transaction PC00_M23_UABSS0_CE.

1. Assign the relevant absence deductions to processing class 63, value 2.
2. Assign the relevant basic pay wage types to processing class 63, value 3.
3. Mark unpaid absences that you want to be summarize for the whole month coverage as Unpaidin the counting class screen area (T554C-REF01).
