OHASEPS_AT002 - Define Types of Overtime Compensation

In this IMG activity, you check and adjust the overtime compensation types defined in the template. In the Swedish public sector, these values are used in the Attendancesinfotype (2002) (no support for other infotypes) to classify the overtime entered for which employees are entiltled to receive compensation.
The value used in the infotype corresponds to the processing in Time Evaluation (template schema SEMC).
The template time evaluation schema uses the following values:
| 1 | Remuneration | wage types for paid overtime are created |
| 3 | Compensation by time-off | quotas for overtime compensation by absence are increased |
| Depends on wage type | triggers error in time evaluation | ||
| 1 | Remuneration | used in the public sector | |
| 2 | Time off plus overtime rate | triggers error in time evaluation | |
| 3 | Compensation (time off) | used in the public sector |
We do not recommend that you add new types. If you decide to use types other than 1 (Remuneration) and 3 (Compensation by time-off) , you must adjust the calculation rules of Time Evaluation.
