SAP E-Book

In this IMG activity, you define the wages types that are reported when you run the Economic Cycle Statistics - County Councils AM KLL report for SCB.

You have copied the standard form from the SAP client (000) to your customer client and from there to a customer form in the IMG activity Copy standard form.

In the standard system, you can copy the form template KLLCand modify the entries to create your own form.

  1. Enter the country grouping (23) and the form name (the name you gave to your copy of the KLLCtemplate).
  2. Check and modify the wage type settings.
  3. Save your changes.
  • Employees are assigned to BEA / Others groups by information in the Basic Pay infotype 0008 Payscale Area (TRFGB). You can customize the values in this field. If you use payscale areas that are different to the payscale areas delivered in the template, you have to map payscale areas to groups using the following settings:
  • LGART = value of Payscale Area (P0008-TRFGB)

  • TABNA = T510G

  • SLART = the group for reporting. Enter one of two values: BEA, OTHE

  • The value of basic pay is retrieved from the payroll results; the wage types are specified by the following settings:
  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = FBPor FBPS

If you specify FBP, the summary of such wage types is used. If you specify the FPBSthen only the last existing value in the RTtable is used. The FBPSoption is useful especially when you want to use wage types such as /ALE, which contains the basic pay not reduced by factoring for all WPBP splits and a summary of such wage types would lead to wrong results.

Note

  • You cannot combine the use of FBPand FBPS. You always have to use either the FBPor FBPSapproach.

  • If you decide to use FBPS, you can specify only one wage type (like /ALE) in T512E.

  • The value of hours worked is retrieved from the time evaluation results specified by the following settings:
  • TABNA = ZES

  • SLART = WORK

  • Retroactive gross amounts are retrieved from the payroll results; the wage types are specified by the following settings:
  • TABNA = RT

  • SLART = RETor RETS

If you specify RET, the summary of such wage types is used. If you specify RETS, then only the last existing value in the RT table is used. The RETS option is useful especially when you want to use wage types such as /ALE, which contains the basic pay not reduced by factoring for all WPBP splits and a summary of such wage types would lead to wrong results.

Note

  • You cannot combine the use of RETand RETS. You always have to use either the RETor RETSapproach.

  • If you decide to use RETS, you can specify only one wage type (like /ALE) in T512E.
